Recently my husband had some health issues, so we had to deal with the medical system. There were some aspects I found baffling and irritating, but cheap. Others made sense, but were expensive.
There are way too many food choices that are, in fact, “vegan,” but not necessarily health supportive. We need to be constantly attentive to what we put in our mouths, and constantly check into our dietary model to see how we’re doing.
