The School of the Golden Rosycross, known internationally as the Lectorium Rosicrucianum, is a modern Gnostic spiritual school working for the liberation of humanity. Through its literature, lessons and temple services, it offers today’s seekers after truth a practical way to apply Universal Wisdom in their lives. Headquartered in the Netherlands, the School has centers in 36 countries; centers in the U.S are in Bakersfield, CA and Chatham, NY.

As Jan van Rijckenborgh, one of the founders, wrote: “Initiation means to penetrate into the deepest depths of the self and to liberate oneself from the veils of ignorance and egotism, so that the Soul can be illuminated by Wisdom and Love.”
