The Chogye International Zen Center of New York is a branch of the Kwan Um Zen School founded by Zen Master Seung Sahn. Our guiding teacher is Zen Master Wu Kwang (Richard Shrobe). Our practice consists of chanting and sitting meditation.

Daily Practice: 6:30–7:30 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday; Wednesday 6–8:00 p.m.; Saturday 8–10 a.m., with individual instruction and Zen interviews. Sundays, 6–8 p.m.: Introduction to Zen Practice; chanting, sitting, lecture.
