Conscious Connected Breathing (rebirthing) sessions aim to facilitate positive change through utilizing the breath to become aware of thoughts, feelings and limited beliefs that keep you stuck. Using a connected breath for approximately 1 hour the rebirthing process releases stress and tension from the body and accesses and releases stored emotion and brings awareness of core negative thoughts. The clearing of these things results in a healthier and more enlivened relationship with yourself and others and noticeable positive change in your life.
